Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI and autonomy, is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to support its SG&A recruiting team. This role focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent across finance, HR, legal, policy, communications, and other general and administrative functions.
Key responsibilities include:
• Talent Identification: Use advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover both passive and active candidates for SG&A roles.
• Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized outreach.
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates aligned with company growth.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
• Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years in sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record in SG&A hiring. You must have experience supporting finance, HR, legal, policy, and communications roles, excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with applicant tracking systems and LinkedIn Recruiter, and strong analytical and collaborative abilities.
Preferred qualifications include experience in startups or tech, familiarity with Greenhouse and Gem, expertise in defense-adjacent programs (AAV, UAS, AUV, weapons systems), and demonstrated ability to work independently and creatively solve problems. The ideal candidate is resilient, curious, takes ownership, and communicates directly and succinctly.
