Salary: USD 166,345 - 195,700 / annual

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Talent Program Manager to join the Talent Programs team within People Success. This role owns the design and execution of Coinbase's talent selection and evaluation processes at scale, sitting at the center of the hiring strategy and systems that maintain high-quality hiring decisions across the organization. Key responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end design and implementation of selection and assessment programs, building frameworks, rubrics, and calibration processes that drive consistent, high-quality hiring decisions across Coinbase - Lead cross-functional program execution with Centers of Excellence including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, People Analytics, and HR Tech, managing detailed project plans, stakeholder alignment, and delivery timelines for concurrent initiatives - Build scalable interviewer enablement programs that strengthen how hiring teams evaluate candidates, including scorecard design, structured interview methodology, and bias-reduction practices - Drive change management strategy for new selection and assessment programs, owning stakeholder alignment, enablement materials, communications, and adoption tracking - Partner with People Analytics to define success metrics for selection programs, using data to validate assessment effectiveness and iterate on evaluation criteria - Research and pilot new assessment tools, techniques, and vendor solutions, establishing a framework for experimentation and continuous improvement Required qualifications: - 7+ years of experience in HR program management, talent operations, or HR/people-focused management consulting, with demonstrated ability to design structured frameworks and ship programs that change how organizations operate - Proven track record managing multiple concurrent cross-functional programs from concept through execution, with ability to build detailed project plans, hold stakeholders accountable, and deliver measurable outcomes - Experience building or redesigning structured interview processes, assessment rubrics, or evaluation frameworks at a technology company - Fluency in using data to validate program effectiveness, including defining KPIs, analyzing hiring outcomes, and translating findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership - Strong preference for background in industrial-organizational psychology, psychometrics, or applied research methods - Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly while maintaining human oversight Coinbase is a remote-first company with quarterly in-person working sessions called "surges."
