Sona is a Series B AI-native frontline workforce management platform serving over 100k workers globally. The company has raised $100M+ from top-tier VCs including Google Ventures and is scaling rapidly across scheduling, HR, payroll, and communications for large frontline organizations. You will own full-cycle recruiting for Sona's UK Go-to-Market organization, primarily hiring Account Executives and Business Development Representatives. This is a high-impact individual contributor role reporting to GTM leadership, where you'll manage the complete hiring lifecycle from sourcing through offer close. Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining high-quality candidate pipelines through multi-channel outbound sourcing; maintaining trusted relationships with GTM leaders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic advice; leveraging AI tools to improve hiring speed and quality; implementing data-driven improvements to hiring efficiency and diversity; and ensuring every candidate has a best-in-class interview experience that reinforces Sona's employer brand. You're data-driven, comfortable owning recruiting funnels, and use metrics to troubleshoot, advise leadership, and forecast hiring outcomes. Advanced proficiency with AI recruiting tools is required. Experience in VC-backed enterprise AI/SaaS or MEDDPICC sales organizations is preferred.
