Hinge Health seeks a strategic Senior Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for the Product, Growth, and Design (PGX) organization. This is a high-impact, visible role partnering closely with senior leaders to translate business priorities into clear talent strategies and deliver exceptional hiring outcomes in a high-bar environment.
You will own end-to-end recruiting, serving as a true thought partner to leaders across the product organization. Key responsibilities include defining role scope and search strategy based on business needs and market reality, building and managing high-quality pipelines with emphasis on passive candidate outreach in competitive markets, and using recruiting data and funnel insights to diagnose bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency. You will lead calibration conversations when teams need to reassess expectations around level, compensation, or candidate profile, and create an excellent candidate experience through clear communication and high-touch process management.
You will influence longer-term headcount planning by bringing talent market insights into workforce planning conversations and help improve hiring quality by refining job descriptions, interview process design, and stakeholder alignment. This role requires someone who is equal parts operator and advisor—someone who can move quickly through ambiguity, challenge assumptions with data, and build trust with demanding stakeholders.
Required qualifications include 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent partnership experience supporting Product, Design, Creative, Growth, or related product and technical functions. You must have a track record partnering with senior hiring managers on complex hiring goals, demonstrated success recruiting passive talent in competitive markets, and strong experience using recruiting data to influence decisions and solve hiring challenges. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build credibility quickly and handle challenging stakeholder dynamics are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience recruiting for Product Management in fast-paced, high-growth, or mission-driven environments; supporting leaders through org design, workforce planning, or talent mapping; improving interview process design and candidate experience; and familiarity with healthcare, digital health, or regulated product environments.
