Salary: USD 113,000 - 155,000 / annual
Webflow is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to scale recruitment across Engineering, Product, and Design teams. This is a full-cycle recruiting role reporting to the Director of Technical Recruiting, responsible for sourcing, assessing, and hiring high-caliber technical talent in a fast-growing, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to design and execute effective hiring strategies; sourcing and closing senior-level talent across Product Management, Software Engineering, and Design roles; championing candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback; and collaborating cross-functionally with Compensation, HR, and Total Rewards teams on initiatives like interviewer training, employer branding, and recruiting analytics.
The role requires working effectively across US and Canadian markets, adapting strategies to maintain strong close rates across geographies. You'll use data-informed approaches to influence hiring decisions, raise issues proactively with context and solutions, and help leadership track KPIs and OKRs.
You bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth environments, with demonstrated success hiring across Product and Engineering organizations. A BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience is required. Prior experience recruiting across international or global markets is a plus.
You thrive by solving problems with minimal guidance, adapting quickly to business changes, caring deeply about funnel metrics and impact, and staying curious about emerging technologies like AI to elevate recruiting outcomes. The role is fully remote, available to candidates in the US and Canada (BC & ON).
