Based in Atlanta, this Senior Talent Partner role sits within the global Talent Acquisition team and focuses on building world-class hiring solutions across the US region, particularly for Corporate (Operations, Finance, Marketing, People) and Commercial functions. You will craft and implement innovative hiring strategies to enable growth of Americas-based teams, managing relationships with both candidates and internal business partners to ensure smooth processes and exceptional candidate experience. Key responsibilities include building sourcing plans, leading stakeholder engagement, creating successful hiring campaigns with diverse pipelines, and developing compelling inclusive job descriptions and talent content. You'll own talent mapping for evergreen skill sets, partner with regional TA colleagues on DEIB initiatives, and build scalable hiring processes within the ATS including tagging, process management, and pipeline reporting. The role also involves identifying and participating in global projects that benefit the wider business, becoming familiar with local employment laws, and working with regulatory bodies. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience hiring across non-tech functions, deep stakeholder management and business partnership experience with ability to influence at all levels up to senior leadership, and a passion for using data to drive continuous improvement.
