As a Senior Talent Partner based in Mexico City, you will lead talent acquisition efforts for the Americas region, focusing on Corporate (Operations, Finance, Marketing, People) and Commercial functions. This is a senior individual contributor role within a global Talent Acquisition team, reporting to the People function.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing innovative hiring strategies to support Americas-based team growth
- Building sourcing plans and leading stakeholder engagement across the US region
- Managing candidate and internal business partner relationships to ensure smooth hiring processes and exceptional candidate experience
- Creating successful hiring campaigns with creative searches and diverse pipelines
- Crafting inclusive job descriptions, talent content, and candidate communications
- Conducting talent mapping for evergreen skill sets
- Partnering with regional TA colleagues on DEIB initiatives
- Building scalable hiring processes in the ATS, including tagging, process management, and pipeline reporting
- Identifying and participating in global projects that benefit the wider business
- Becoming familiar with local employment laws and regulatory requirements
You will work with a hardworking Talent Acquisition team and influence hiring decisions at all organizational levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
Ideal candidates bring extensive experience recruiting for non-tech functions, deep stakeholder management and business partnership skills, a data-driven approach to continuous improvement, and the ability to multitask and prioritize across multiple relationships and goals. You should be passionate about building inclusive hiring practices and comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.
