Checkout.com is a global fintech platform powering over 10 billion transactions yearly for companies like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony. We're seeking an experienced Senior Talent Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team based in New York, reporting into our global People function.
You will lead recruitment efforts for our Corporate and Commercial functions across the US region, including Operations, Finance, Marketing, and People teams. Your core responsibilities include crafting and executing innovative hiring strategies, building sourcing plans, managing candidate and stakeholder relationships, and developing scalable hiring solutions using our ATS.
Key impact areas:
- Design and implement hiring campaigns with creative sourcing and diverse pipelines across multiple platforms
- Conduct talent mapping for critical skill sets and build compelling job descriptions and candidate communications
- Lead stakeholder engagement with internal business partners and candidates to ensure exceptional experience
- Partner with regional TA colleagues on DEIB initiatives to support inclusive hiring practices
- Build scalable ATS processes including tagging, workflow management, and pipeline reporting
- Identify and lead global projects that benefit the wider business
- Maintain familiarity with local employment laws and regulatory requirements
You bring extensive experience recruiting for non-tech functions, deep stakeholder management skills with ability to influence at all levels including senior leadership, and a data-driven approach to continuous improvement. You thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at multitasking, and are passionate about building world-class talent strategies.
