AlphaSense, a market intelligence platform trusted by over 6,000 enterprise customers including a majority of the S&P 500, is seeking a Senior Talent Operations Program Manager to own the systems, processes, and data powering hiring across the organization. This is a hands-on individual-contributor role reporting to TA leadership.
You will serve as the operational backbone of the talent acquisition function, designing and optimizing recruiting workflows end-to-end—from intake and sourcing through interview loops, offers, and closeout. You'll map current processes, standardize them across regions and functions, establish SLAs and operating rhythms, and remove bottlenecks to create a predictable, high-quality experience for hiring managers and candidates.
You will own the recruiting technology stack as primary administrator and subject-matter expert, including Greenhouse (ATS), Gem (CRM/analytics), BrightHire (interview intelligence), and Guide (candidate experience). This includes configuration, permissions, integrations, troubleshooting in partnership with IT, and vendor relationship management. You'll identify and implement automation and AI-enabled workflows to reduce manual effort and scale operations without adding headcount.
Data integrity and reporting are core responsibilities. You'll establish data-entry standards, audit for quality, and ensure accuracy across Greenhouse and downstream systems including Workday. You'll build and maintain dashboards tracking core funnel and efficiency metrics (time-to-fill, time-to-hire, pass-through rates, source effectiveness) and develop forward-looking analytics to inform hiring strategy.
You'll create and maintain playbooks, documentation, templates, and training materials supporting recruiters, coordinators, and hiring managers. You'll onboard and train teams on processes and tools, driving adoption through user-centric change management. Cross-functional partnership is essential—you'll work with TA leadership and Finance on capacity modeling and headcount reconciliation, and collaborate with People Systems, IT, and Legal on integrations and security.
Required: 8+ years in Recruiting/Talent Operations, ideally in high-growth, global, or distributed environments. Hands-on ATS administration (Greenhouse strongly preferred) plus experience with at least one CRM, interview-intelligence, or candidate-experience platform. Strong data fluency with ability to pull, interpret, and visualize recruiting data; advanced spreadsheet skills and BI/reporting tool experience. Proven program and project management skills with track record of leading process improvements and tool rollouts with measurable efficiency gains. Fluency with automation and AI-enabled tooling.
