Precisely, a leader in data integrity and AI-first enterprise software, is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts primarily for Go-to-Market Sales roles across the United States and EMEA. This role will also support hiring initiatives across Finance, Marketing, IT, Engineering, Customer Support, and Corporate Operations as business needs evolve.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes from intake through offer acceptance, with a primary focus on GTM roles including Account Executives, Sales Directors and Leaders, Business Development Representatives, Customer Success professionals, Sales Engineers, Solutions Consultants, and Channel/Partner Sales roles. You will develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify top talent across the US and EMEA, maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS, and drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, quality of hire, candidate experience, and hiring manager satisfaction. You will also serve as the primary recruiter for the company's summer internship program across the US and Canada.
As a talent advisor, you will partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, clarify success profiles, and develop targeted recruiting strategies. You will act as a trusted advisor on market trends, talent availability, compensation insights, and hiring best practices, facilitating intake meetings, interview calibration sessions, and offer discussions.
You will own recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives in partnership with the marketing team. This role is ideal for a recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced technology environment and has a proven track record hiring high-performing sales talent within enterprise software, SaaS, data, technology, or related industries. The successful candidate should be comfortable using Microsoft Copilot, AI-enabled recruiting capabilities within Greenhouse/Talent Matching, LinkedIn Recruiter Enterprise, sourcing tools, and talent intelligence platforms to streamline workflows and improve hiring outcomes.
