AlphaSense is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support the Research & Development organization's hiring efforts. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and closing product, engineering, and design professionals for the Search, AI, and Site Reliability teams.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to understand technical hiring needs; utilizing recruitment channels (job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, direct sourcing) to identify candidates; conducting thorough screenings and assessments; providing candidate recommendations and shortlists to hiring managers; coordinating interviews with candidates and hiring managers; providing regular recruitment progress updates; negotiating compensation packages and closing offers; and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of full-cycle tech recruiting experience, preferably at a top-tier SaaS company, with a proven track record hiring technical talent across UK and EU markets. Strong knowledge of product, engineering, and design roles, industry trends, and relevant qualifications is essential. Familiarity with EU/UK tech job markets is highly desirable. Required skills include exceptional sourcing, screening, and attraction abilities; strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency with Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other recruitment tools; detail orientation; excellent organizational and time management; ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; and high professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
