FlixBus is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own end-to-end recruitment for critical engineering, product, design, and emerging tech roles (ML/AI, Platform, Data) across multiple seniority levels. This is a strategic hiring role where you'll partner closely with Engineering Managers, Tech Leads, and senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies, define sourcing and assessment approaches, and drive continuous process improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for senior and complex technical roles across Europe
- Act as a trusted advisor to engineering leadership, influencing hiring decisions and pushing back where needed
- Identify and remove process bottlenecks proactively, diagnosing root causes and driving fixes across the hiring funnel
- Build and maintain deep talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, market mapping, and competitor analysis, with focus on passive candidates
- Analyze recruitment data to generate insights that inform hiring decisions
- Deliver excellent candidate experience while strengthening the Flix employer brand
- Contribute to cross-functional talent acquisition projects focused on process improvement and scalability
