RobCo is building autonomous industrial robotics solutions and seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner based in Austin, TX to drive strategic hiring and establish the company as a leading automation provider.
You will act as a strategic hiring partner to senior and executive stakeholders, translating business and headcount plans into concrete hiring strategies. You'll own complex, business-critical searches end-to-end, including leadership and niche technical roles, from role definition through offer negotiation and closing. Your responsibilities include building and leading sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talent markets using market mapping and competitor insights to open new pipelines.
You will help set talent assessment standards by designing structured interview processes, scorecards, and selection frameworks, and coaching hiring managers to apply them consistently. You'll maintain strong knowledge of US recruiting practices and employment considerations, including compliant interviewing, candidate selection, offer processes, and multi-state hiring. You'll own recruiting data and reporting for your areas, using funnel metrics and conversion insights to diagnose bottlenecks and drive decisions with hiring managers and leadership.
Additionally, you'll mentor junior recruiters and act as a point of escalation, sharing sourcing craft, stakeholder management, and closing techniques across the team. You'll drive improvements to recruiting operations, from ATS workflows to process documentation that scales with headcount growth, and shape employer branding and talent pool strategy by building long-term relationships with senior talent and positioning RobCo across creative recruiting channels.
RobCo was founded in Munich in 2020 and has raised $160M from investors including Lightspeed, Lingotto Innovation, and Sequoia. The company has 200+ people globally and 2.5M+ operating hours in the field, deploying robots in factories across Europe and the United States.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Completed degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or comparable qualification
- 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in-house at a fast-growing tech or engineering company, including ownership of leadership or hard-to-fill technical searches
- Proven track record of filling complex roles through proactive sourcing, not inbound applications, with market knowledge to map and open new talent pools
- Deep credibility with senior stakeholders: comfortable challenging profiles, pushing back on unrealistic briefs, and holding hiring managers to a structured process
- Strong command of structured assessment, from designing scorecards and interview loops to calibrating and coaching interviewers
- Fluency with recruiting data and ATS workflows, using funnel metrics to diagnose problems and propose solutions
- Experience mentoring or coaching less experienced recruiters
- Structured, organized working style with high level of ownership and reliability
