Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 / annual

Melio is a fast-growing B2B payments platform helping small businesses streamline back-office operations. The People Team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment across the organization, reporting to leadership and partnering with hiring managers across Go-to-Market, Customer Experience, Operations, Risk, Payments, and Legal functions. In this role, you will serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers, shaping role scope, competency frameworks, and interview plans before requisitions open. You'll manage complex, business-critical searches simultaneously while maintaining a high-touch candidate experience from sourcing through offer close. Your responsibilities include proactive sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking to build strong passive candidate pipelines; full-cycle recruitment for individual contributors through senior leadership; structured candidate assessments evaluating both capability and values fit; and end-to-end pipeline management with accurate record-keeping in Greenhouse and/or Ashby. You'll also partner cross-functionally to build and refine recruiting strategy, process, and best practices that scale with the company; maintain clean, reliable data and track KPIs for leadership insights; and flex with shifting business priorities while maintaining momentum. The role requires clear, persuasive communication to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders, along with a genuine commitment to building diverse talent pipelines and thinking strategically about long-term team composition. The company operates offices in New York City and Denver (hybrid for in-office staff) and has a global team spanning US and Israel time zones. QUALIFICATIONS: - 5–8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in-house at a fintech or payments technology company - Proven track record hiring across departments and levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership - Strong sourcing discipline: dedicated structured time weekly for proactive sourcing and headhunting via LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and networking - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously while maintaining high-touch, responsive candidate experience - Clear, persuasive communication skills; ability to build trust quickly with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders - Structured, detail-oriented approach; comfort following processes while identifying improvements - Genuine drive to build diverse talent pipelines and think strategically about team composition BONUS: - Experience recruiting within a B2B payments company - Experience partnering with and recruiting for global teams (especially across US and Israel time zones) - Experience with Greenhouse and Ashby ATS platforms REQUIREMENT: Must be authorized to work in the US and able to live in one of the following states: AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IL, MI, MN, NY, NC, TX, UT, VT.
