As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruiting efforts across two distinct pipelines: high-volume, fast-cycle hiring for operational roles and longer-cycle, specialized technical searches for engineering and technical positions. The role requires the ability to shift seamlessly between high-velocity recruiting and deep, consultative searches for hard-to-fill roles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing end-to-end recruiting workflows for both high-volume and specialized technical positions
- Building and maintaining relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiting partners
- Developing sourcing strategies tailored to different candidate profiles and market conditions
- Coordinating interview processes, offer management, and onboarding
- Analyzing recruiting metrics and optimizing for speed and quality of hire
- Collaborating with leadership to understand evolving hiring needs as the company scales
You will be expected to be highly organized, relationship-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling environment. Experience with manufacturing, aerospace, defense, or technical recruiting is a plus. The role is based in Huntington Beach, CA.
