H Company is an AI research and product company building foundational infrastructure for autonomous, agentic AI systems. They are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead their recruitment function and strengthen their operations team as they scale globally.
In this role, you will own the entire recruitment lifecycle—from strategy and role definition through sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding. You will be responsible for attracting world-class talent across research, engineering, product, marketing, and operations, ensuring every hire embodies H Company's culture and values.
Key responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing a bold, global talent attraction strategy aligned with company ambitions, working closely with managers to anticipate strategic needs and define high-impact roles.
• Crafting compelling job descriptions and ensuring visibility on relevant international platforms; guiding managers in rigorous candidate evaluation and decisive hiring.
• Owning the full recruitment cycle end-to-end with a focus on seamless candidate experience, sourcing elite talent across functions, and leading structured, data-driven interview processes.
• Designing, documenting, and continuously optimizing recruitment processes for speed, quality, and consistency at scale; coaching managers on best practices.
• Positioning H Company as a global reference point for top talent through employer branding initiatives, thought-leadership content, partnerships, and flagship events.
• Managing high-volume recruitment (20+ interviews per week), leveraging automation to handle heavy workloads in a fast-growing, international context.
You bring 8–10+ years of talent acquisition experience, ideally recruiting for tech, engineering, or deeptech roles. You have strong expertise in advanced sourcing, talent hunting, and structured interview methodologies. You are comfortable in demanding, international, fast-growing environments and adapt quickly to evolving needs. You combine excellent communication and interpersonal skills with credibility when engaging top-tier candidates. You are autonomous, proactive, highly organized, and delivery-focused. Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written) is required.
