As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own the complete recruitment lifecycle from initial kickoff through offer acceptance. You'll partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs deeply and develop effective hiring strategies. Your role involves acting as a trusted advisor, providing market insights, hiring recommendations, and data-driven guidance to shape team composition.
Key responsibilities include developing creative sourcing strategies to proactively identify and attract exceptional talent across multiple channels, driving an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and thoughtful interactions, and building Glow's employer brand through referrals, networking, and community engagement. You'll manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining high organizational standards and attention to detail.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- Must have hands-on experience recruiting Software Engineers and building technical talent pipelines
- Experience hiring for additional functions (Product, Security, Data, Design, Research, etc.) is a plus
- Previous management experience is a big plus
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines for competitive technical markets
- Experience partnering directly with hiring managers and influencing hiring decisions
- Experience with global GTM recruiting is a strong plus
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously
