Camunda is an enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, enabling organizations to coordinate AI agents, people, and systems across complex business processes. The company is trusted by over 700 organizations worldwide, including 9 of the top 10 US banks, and is transforming into an AI-first organization. As Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will own EMEA GTM (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) hiring end-to-end, serving as a strategic advisor to hiring leaders on market realities, compensation structures, notice periods, and candidate expectations across different countries. Your primary focus is proactive sourcing—finding and closing GTM talent across EMEA before they're actively looking—while flexing as a utility player to support other departments when needed. Key responsibilities include: building proactive sourcing pipelines in Findem to surface untapped GTM talent; maintaining clean hiring infrastructure using Ashby as the system of record with accurate stages and scorecards; using BrightHire to capture interview signals and coach hiring teams; serving as the trusted point of contact for hiring leader updates; partnering on role scope and market strategy before job descriptions are finalized; reporting pipeline health and sourcing effectiveness to leadership; and creating a fast, transparent, consistent candidate experience. You will bring 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment at high-growth, scaling SaaS companies with direct EMEA or multi-country hiring experience at scale. You have a proven track record recruiting GTM talent across EMEA with working knowledge of compensation, notice periods, and candidate expectations by country. You are sourcing-first (can point to candidates you found and hired), experienced in partnering with hiring leaders as an advisor and strategist, and comfortable operating autonomously in a remote, distributed environment. Nice-to-haves include experience with Ashby, Findem, or BrightHire; AI-forward TA functions; European language fluency; and utility player experience across departments.
