As Senior Talent Acquisition Manager based in Seoul, you will lead end-to-end hiring across key business functions including Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and G&A teams. You will act as a trusted talent partner to hiring managers, owning full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer close, and play a meaningful role in strengthening organizational capability by consistently delivering high-quality candidates and creating a structured hiring experience. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with hiring managers across multiple functions to translate business needs into role requirements, hiring plans, and realistic timelines - Own full-cycle recruiting including offer construction, compensation conversations within approved bands, counteroffers, and close strategy - Build structured interview plans, competency-based scorecards, and screening criteria - Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and critical roles through direct sourcing - Run weekly pipeline reviews with hiring managers and leadership, forecasting time-to-fill and surfacing capacity or pipeline risks early - Use funnel data to diagnose bottlenecks and adjust approach based on pass-through rates, stage conversion, and source effectiveness - Maintain data integrity in the ATS and handle candidate data in compliance with privacy obligations across regions - Partner with colleagues across US, EMEA, and APAC to coordinate hiring processes and interview loops across time zones - Contribute to employer branding and candidate-facing content to compete for talent in tight markets - Improve hiring processes by leveraging ATS capabilities, AI, and automation to reduce manual work The role offers flexible work arrangements (8-10 AM start times, 2 days remote per week), stock options, regular health checkups, English conversation support, meal and transportation allowances, team building budget, and office amenities. Requirements: - 6+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-growing tech environment - Proven ability to operate without fully built processes; experience improving playbooks in early-stage environments - Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to influence senior hiring managers and set realistic expectations - Strong direct sourcing capability; ability to build pipelines proactively rather than relying on inbound or agency flow - Fluency with recruiting data; ability to explain funnel and conversion metrics and adjust approach based on data - Demonstrated closing ability across motivation and compensation conversations, counteroffers, and competing processes - Real curiosity about AI and automation in recruiting, with bias toward testing tools Bonus signals: - Experience with hyper-growth hiring at scale (50-100+ hires annually) - Experience recruiting senior leadership or executive-level talent in competitive markets - Experience recruiting across multiple functions and/or global markets - Familiarity with Greenhouse and/or Gem analytics
