Cloudflare is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner to drive recruitment strategy for the EMEA region, with a primary focus on Southern Europe (France, Spain, Italy, Portugal). You will operate as a strategic talent advisor and go-to-market specialist, reporting to the London-based EMEA leadership team. You will own end-to-end recruitment and talent strategy for GTM roles, particularly Account Executives and Customer Engineers. Your responsibilities include building proactive candidate pipelines leveraging your extensive professional network, managing stakeholder relationships with regional VPs and cross-functional teams (Finance, HRBPs, compensation), and executing employer branding initiatives tailored to the EMEA market. A key aspect of this role is leveraging AI-driven tools and automation to optimize recruitment workflows, eliminate manual tasks, and synthesize market data to inform regional talent strategies. You will use recruitment analytics and data to drive decisions around time-to-hire, source efficiency, and pipeline quality. You will operate with high autonomy, anticipating organizational bottlenecks and resolving complex talent challenges independently. Strong negotiation and closing skills are essential to secure top-tier candidates. You must be fluent in French to partner effectively with regional stakeholders and candidates; Spanish proficiency is a significant advantage. Ideal candidates bring proven success as a Senior Recruiter scaling technical and sales GTM organizations, demonstrated ability to operate strategically two steps ahead, strong communication and influencing skills, and proficiency with AI-powered sourcing tools and LLMs for complex market mapping and candidate identification.
