Watershed is an enterprise sustainability platform used by leading companies including Airbnb, Carlyle Group, FedEx, Visa, and Dr. Martens to manage climate and ESG data, produce audit-ready metrics for regulatory reporting (CSRD, UK SRS, CDP), and drive real decarbonization. You will join the Sustainability Advisory team as a senior advisor, serving as a strategic partner to sustainability leaders at Fortune 500 and other major companies. Your primary responsibilities include: • Leading strategic engagements independently across decarbonization planning (Scopes 1-3), climate target setting (SBTi-aligned), and voluntary/regulatory disclosures (CSRD, UK SRS, CDP). • Advising sustainability leaders on advancing corporate sustainability programs, developing practical strategies, and building business cases for sustainability initiatives. • Building sustainability intelligence by staying current with emerging frameworks, regulations, and market developments, translating these into actionable guidance for customers and internal teams. • Contributing to product development by identifying emerging sustainability needs and prototyping new value-creation opportunities at the intersection of sustainability, advisory, and technology. • Shaping Watershed's expertise and thought leadership through customer-facing materials, internal enablement, and positioning the company as a trusted partner for corporate sustainability. You will work closely with Product and Go-to-Market teams to strengthen Watershed's differentiation and market position. This role requires deep expertise in corporate decarbonization, climate frameworks (GHG Protocol, PCAF, SBTi, ISO standards), and reporting regulations. You'll need excellent communication skills to present complex analyses to C-suite audiences and influence decision-making across organizational levels. Required: 10+ years professional experience, including 4+ years in client-facing consulting roles and 4+ years in sustainability. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Nice-to-have: fluency in Spanish, French, or German. Based in London with 4 days per week in-office expectation.
