OpenLoop is a telehealth platform that powers virtual care delivery at scale across all 50 states. The company has experienced rapid growth—volume has tripled—and is building out its Supply Chain team to match demand.
As Senior Supply Chain Analyst, you will own the operational engine of the supply chain function. Your core responsibilities include managing pharmacy partner invoicing end-to-end (audit, validation, approval across 20+ partners with varying billing cadences), translating demand projections from Sales, Implementation, and Customer Success into production requirements for pharmacy partners, and supporting volume and capacity planning to allocate volume while maintaining SLA and budget targets.
You will own and maintain the supply chain dashboard and recurring reporting (currently Zoho, with Tableau planned), identify and fix manual or undefined processes across the function, and partner cross-functionally with pharmacy partners, Sales, Implementation, Customer Success, and Procurement to gather inputs and resolve discrepancies. As the function evolves, you'll take on emerging priorities such as cost optimization, vendor spend analysis, and other operational problems requiring ownership.
The role is ideal for an analyst who thrives in unfinished territory—someone comfortable with shifting priorities mid-quarter, who prefers building processes rather than inheriting them, and who is energized by a high-growth environment where answers aren't yet documented. You'll have autonomy to own whatever the next problem is as current ones get solved.
Required: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent; 5+ years in supply chain, inventory planning, demand planning, or operations analytics; experience translating demand/sales forecasts into supply/production/purchasing requirements; advanced Excel/Sheets with multi-input modeling; end-to-end operational workflow ownership (vendor invoicing, spend auditing, partner reconciliation); SLA-driven environment experience; healthcare or pharmacy exposure or demonstrated ability to learn technical product vocabulary quickly; track record in fast-changing, high-growth environments.
Preferred: startup or early-stage operating experience; dashboard/reporting ownership (Zoho Analytics, Tableau, Power BI); light SQL or scripting; pharmacy, compounding, or regulated-product supply chain experience; procurement function stand-up support.
