Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. This Senior Strategy & Business Operations Manager role sits within the Global Strategy & Execution team and bridges strategy, planning, and business operations across the organization.
You will lead end-to-end strategy projects that inform decision-making through deep dives into market trends and opportunities. You'll drive cross-functional alignment, connecting commercial, operations, and other strategic initiatives across Adyen. Key responsibilities include designing and implementing company-wide strategic planning, priorities, and goal-setting in collaboration with business and strategic finance teams.
On the operations side, you'll establish and drive the business operations rhythm through structured business reviews at multiple organizational levels. You'll cut through ambiguity to frame problems clearly and drive pragmatic, balanced solutions. You'll develop leadership deliverables—narratives, decision documents, and board materials—that simplify complexity and enable senior leaders to make fast, informed decisions.
You bring 14+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, corporate development, product, finance, or related roles within technology companies. You're a strategic operator comfortable both zooming out to connect dots and diving into details. You excel at establishing processes while maintaining speed, with excellent project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple initiatives. You're motivated by impact, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks while elevating thinking and execution. You build strong relationships and credibility across functions and all organizational levels. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
