Stay22, headquartered in Montreal, is a monetization platform helping creators and digital platforms transform existing traffic into additional revenue. The company works with over 6,500 creators and platforms managing more than $1 billion in annual transactions. Originally built for travel, Stay22 now serves partners in retail, lifestyle, publishing, events, and transportation. You will join the Supply team as a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager, taking ownership of one of Stay22's largest and most strategic accounts. This is a focused, high-autonomy individual contributor role reporting to the Head of Supply with direct access to senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: owning a major account's growth, retention, and protection; developing deep understanding of the account's market, key players, and objectives; building and maintaining a comprehensive account map and contact database; establishing clear, shared objectives and holding both parties accountable; orchestrating regular cadence between executive teams and product teams; driving large-scale projects end-to-end with measurable results; leading quarterly business reviews and weekly calls with concise executive-level reporting; and traveling 30-40% to maintain direct presence with the account. You will collaborate closely with product, go-to-market, and partner teams to align strategies, discover new value opportunities, and translate account intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations. This role requires someone who can map organizational structures, understand decision-making influences, and build multi-level relationships to ensure progress never depends on a single contact. The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in strategic partnerships, key account management, or business development, with direct experience managing multi-million-dollar accounts or projects. You must have demonstrated experience at a major online travel agency (OTA) such as Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb, or comparable platforms (including metasearch and subsidiary platforms like Hotels.com, Vrbo, Priceline, Agoda, Kayak, Trivago), with an established network of senior-level relationships in the travel industry. Proven experience with account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting named accounts, including customer profiling and engagement planning, is essential. You should have strong executive presence, sound judgment in high-stakes conversations, and the ability to build trust across organizational levels. Experience managing cross-functional relationships spanning product, leadership, and external partner teams is required.
