As a Senior Strategic Partner Manager at Uber Eats Spain, you will serve as the strategic partner and trusted advisor for major global restaurant and food brands (such as McDonald's, Five Guys, and KFC). You will own the P&L for your partner portfolio, manage relationships at the headquarters level, and take full ownership of strategic planning, commercial performance, and business expansion in the Spanish market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and grow a portfolio of high-impact global accounts, building trusted long-term relationships with executive stakeholders including C-level leaders and decision-makers
- Develop and execute tailored strategic plans that drive measurable growth, including launching new locations, expanding into innovative delivery models, and increasing same-store sales through high-quality promotions and data-backed menu improvements
- Lead commercial negotiations and business reviews, influencing partners to adopt Uber's suite of products including sponsored listings, advertising, and loyalty initiatives
- Act as a strategic advisor, aligning partners' business goals with Uber Eats' capabilities to maximize shared value and long-term success
- Leverage insights and analytics to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and prioritize initiatives with the highest ROI
- Work cross-functionally with local and global teams to deliver a world-class partner experience, solve operational challenges, and scale best practices across the market
- Champion Uber Eats' brand, vision, and product innovation with external partners and internal stakeholders
You will be supported by Customer Success Managers and Account Coordinators, and will collaborate across functions including Advertising, Operations, and other teams. This role is central to Uber Eats' national strategy in Spain.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6–8 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, account or project management, startup operations, or partner success
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills and a data-driven mindset; SQL knowledge is a plus
- Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, solve problems creatively, and drive growth with minimal oversight
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of building trust with both partners and cross-functional teams
- Excellent project management with the ability to plan and execute KPI-driven initiatives with precision

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Strategic thinking combined with a hands-on mindset
- Experience working with large, multi-stakeholder enterprise clients, ideally in food, retail, or tech sectors
- Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change; ability to adapt quickly and make thoughtful decisions in uncertain contexts
- Passion for the food delivery space and strong understanding of market dynamics and consumer trends
