As a Senior Strategic Implementation Consultant, you will join Samsara's Strategic Customer Success team, responsible for advising and guiding the company's largest enterprise customers throughout their lifecycle: onboarding, adoption, advocacy, and renewal. You will own the customer relationship and ensure successful deployment of Samsara's IoT solutions for fleet and industrial assets.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Leading enterprise customer deployments and adoption of Samsara's IoT platform
- Serving as the trusted point of contact for strategic customers post-sales
- Understanding customer business needs and translating them into technical solutions
- Explaining complex technology products to both C-suite executives and day-to-day operational users
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships while ensuring successful outcomes
- Working cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Sales Engineering, and Product teams
- Traveling to customer sites up to 10% of the time as needed
You will work with customers across diverse industries including trucking, transportation, food and beverage, passenger transit, utilities, and school bus operations. The role requires exceptional customer-facing communication skills, the ability to quickly understand complex business operations, and comfort navigating both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will champion Samsara's cultural principles including customer focus, long-term thinking, growth mindset, inclusivity, and teamwork as the company scales globally.
This is a remote position open to US-based candidates, excluding the San Francisco Bay Area, NYC Metro Area, and Washington D.C. Metro Area. Travel to customer sites up to 10% of the time, including overnight stays, may be required.
