Dandy is transforming the dental industry through technology, building an operating system for dental practices globally. As a Launch Trainer, you'll be central to delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for new dental practices adopting Dandy's digital platform.
You'll lead engaging training sessions—both virtual and in-person—guiding practices through onboarding and building confidence in digital dentistry workflows. Your responsibilities include demonstrating best practices in intraoral scanning, delivering hands-on coaching during live sessions, and building clinical trust that drives early adoption. You'll take ownership of each practice launch, ensuring they hit key milestones from day one.
Beyond initial onboarding, you'll serve as an ongoing coach, helping practices refine workflows and overcome adoption barriers. You'll monitor scan quality, provide constructive feedback, conduct First Case Monitoring sessions, and identify gaps in product usage to deliver targeted follow-up. Collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Support teams is essential to continuously improve the customer journey and share insights that drive product improvements.
You'll recognize early wins, celebrate progress, and maintain accountability for measurable outcomes. The role includes up to 20% travel for in-practice training and support.
Ideal candidates have hands-on experience training on digital dental platforms (iTero or Trios preferred) or clinical technologies in practice environments. You're an excellent teacher who can simplify technical concepts and drive behavioral change. You communicate clearly and confidently, both virtually and in person, with outstanding interpersonal skills. You're customer-first, empathetic, patient, and skilled at building trust. You're highly organized, tech-savvy, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and have a proven track record of owning outcomes and follow-through.
