Twelve Labs is seeking a Senior Executive Assistant to support the CEO and executive team at this AI-focused company that has raised over $210M from top-tier investors including NEA, Amazon, NVIDIA, and Snowflake. The company builds multimodal AI models that understand video across sight, sound, and motion for applications in media, entertainment, sports, security, and government. In this high-trust, high-visibility role, you will be the CEO's right hand for scheduling, logistics, travel, and day-to-day operations while providing calendaring and travel support to other executives as needed. You'll serve as a key point of continuity across a global team spanning San Francisco, Seoul, New York, and London. Key responsibilities include managing complex, shifting calendars across multiple time zones; coordinating international travel for the CEO including regular trips to Korea; anticipating needs and handling ambiguity with sound judgment; serving as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders; preparing materials for meetings, board sessions, and offsites; and maintaining confidentiality with sensitive information. You should have 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership (CEO, C-suite, or Founder level) at a fast-growing technology company. You're resourceful, adaptable, and bring calm judgment to chaos. You write and speak with clarity, manage up with confidence, and can hold multiple moving pieces while prioritizing ruthlessly. Experience with offsites, board meetings, fundraising cycles, and supporting global leadership teams is valued. Korean language proficiency is a bonus. You're genuinely excited to be in the San Francisco office and see the company's day-to-day energy, and you travel well—up to 10% annually for conferences and business events.
