You will own the product roadmap for platform integrations and partnerships, focusing on co-development and distribution partnerships with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, and others). This is a staff-level individual contributor role with significant leverage—a single well-scoped integration with a major platform can unlock adoption for thousands of downstream customers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the product roadmap for co-development, distribution, and integration partnerships across cloud and data platforms
- Partnering directly with product and engineering counterparts at platform companies to scope, prioritize, and ship joint integrations
- Identifying business and technical risks, designing validation tests before engineering execution
- Translating multi-stakeholder partner requirements into clear product specifications
- Driving integrations end-to-end: technical design, security/compliance review, GTM enablement, launch, co-sell readiness
- Aligning Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing on roadmap priorities, pricing, packaging, and joint go-to-market plans
- Tracking partner-sourced pipeline, usage, and adoption as core success metrics
- Representing Twelve Labs in partner-facing technical and business conversations
The Platform Integrations team sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Science, and Go-to-Market, managing a portfolio spanning foundation model hosting, knowledge base and vector search integrations, media supply chain tooling, and infrastructure partnerships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7–10 years of product management experience with meaningful work in partnerships, platform, ecosystem, or integration products
- Experience in customer-facing solutions architecture or forward-deployed engineering, with depth in system architecture and/or machine learning
- Strong technical fluency in cloud infrastructure, system architecture, and API design, with emphasis on GPU-heavy integrations
- Track record working with major cloud or data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, or similar) and their AI/ML services
- Clear and concise written communication across technical specifications, partner briefs, and roadmap documents
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, managing multiple partner relationships at different stages, reprioritizing as new information arrives
- Platform and ecosystem mindset; ability to identify leverage and network effects
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
PREFERRED:
- Experience with hyperscaler co-sell or partner programs (AWS Partner Central/ACE, Azure Marketplace, GCP Partner Advantage)
- Familiarity with foundation models, vector/embedding-based data platforms, or AI/ML inference infrastructure
- Experience in startup or high-growth environment with fast-shifting priorities
- Background in media, video, or content technology
