1Password is seeking a Senior Staff Product Manager for Device Security to define strategy and roadmap for device security capabilities that help organizations understand, control, and govern access across their environments. You'll work at the intersection of device health, identity, access management, and AI, helping customers reduce security risk while building a unified experience across people, machines, and AI agents. In this role, you'll partner with Engineering, Design, and Go-To-Market teams to translate complex security challenges into clear, useful, and measurable products. You'll own and evolve the Device Security product roadmap, shape the role of Device Security within 1Password's Unified Access platform, and contribute to cross-company product strategy. Key responsibilities include leading weekly, monthly, and quarterly prioritization balancing near-term delivery with an 18–24 month vision; representing the customer perspective through discovery, feedback loops, and structured artifacts like PRDs and PR/FAQs; collaborating across adjacent product areas, engineering, design, sales, and marketing; establishing success metrics connecting customer outcomes to ARR contribution; and engaging directly with enterprise customers including CISOs and IT leaders. You'll also prototype proof-of-value solutions using AI-enabled developer tools to explore and communicate product ideas. The role reports to the Director of Product Management – Device Security and is fully remote, open to candidates in the United States or Canada. Required: 8+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of security, IAM, endpoint, or access-control products; track record defining and delivering roadmaps for complex, cross-functional B2B SaaS initiatives; experience contributing to product vision and strategy across multiple engineering teams; strong written communication skills (PRDs, PR/FAQs); experience defining OKRs, success metrics, and measurement frameworks; ability to communicate complex security and product concepts to technical and non-technical audiences including senior customer stakeholders; customer-centered prioritization combining qualitative and quantitative data. Preferred: endpoint security, device management, zero-trust, or least-privilege architecture experience; familiarity with MDM or EDR tools; enterprise administration console and IT buyer/administrator persona experience; experience taking AI/ML products from concept to launch; prototyping with AI-enabled developer tools; familiarity with device compliance frameworks or endpoint telemetry platforms.
