OpenLoop is a digital health infrastructure platform powering modern medicine. The company provides white-label telehealth solutions that enable healthcare and non-healthcare brands to launch, scale, and run virtual and hybrid care without operational complexity. OpenLoop operates one of the largest telehealth clinician networks in the country, manages nationwide payer coverage, integrates pharmacy and lab partners, provides EHR connectivity, 24/7 patient support, and full revenue cycle management. The platform serves over 3 million patients annually and powers more than 300,000 visits per month.
OpenLoop is hiring Senior Staff Product Managers across four product and engineering pillars: Patient Care (core platform for patients and clinicians), Client Experience & Forward Deployment (partner launch and scaling), Platform Reliability & Infrastructure (APIs, integrations, and systems), and Data & AI (data foundation and AI capabilities).
In this role, you will set the vision and direction for an entire product domain over a 12–24 month horizon, shaping strategy with the VP of Product and making decisions that affect multiple teams. You'll define where your domain needs to be, make the case to leadership, and get teams aligned behind it. You'll turn strategy into a compelling narrative that energizes the whole company, own measurable outcomes (partner growth, patient outcomes, revenue, operational efficiency), and set 3–5 key metrics your domain is accountable for. You'll lead without formal authority, driving decisions across engineering, design, data, clinical, operations, and go-to-market functions while making hard tradeoffs visible and resolving them. You'll identify where AI creates real value for patients, clinicians, and partners, then ship AI-powered features with human review by design, evaluations before launch, and monitoring after. You'll use AI daily in your own work for research, prototyping, analysis, specs, and prioritization. You'll turn ambiguous, over-scoped, or conflicting asks into phased, defensible plans. You'll stay close to partners, clinicians, and patients to bring field evidence back to the platform. You'll mentor other PMs, sharpen how the product org writes, prioritizes, and ships, and help shape a scaling product organization.
OpenLoop operates with a relatively flat organizational structure where everyone is encouraged to bring ideas to the table. The company values Autonomy, Competence, and Belonging.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of product management experience, including significant time owning complex, multi-team products at Staff level or equivalent
- Startup or high-growth experience: you've built products where priorities shift, processes are still forming, and you wear multiple hats
- Demonstrated product leadership: you've set strategy for a product area, influenced senior leaders, and can name the outcomes you personally drove
- Track record of influencing senior leaders and aligning engineering, design, and business teams (legal, security, operations, sales, support) around a shared plan, including resolving conflicting priorities
- Strong partnership with engineering and design: you understand technical constraints, make sound tradeoffs, and earn trust across functions
- Record of tying product work to business outcomes (revenue, retention, cost, customer impact) and building the business case for investment
- Ability to tell a compelling story about where the product is going, motivating engineers, customers, and executives
- Experience mentoring or leveling up other PMs and shaping how a product org plans, writes, and ships
- Comfort operating in complex environments with real constraints (regulation, security requirements, deep third-party integrations)
- Hands-on AI product experience: you've built or shipped AI-powered features and can explain how you measured quality and handled model failures
- AI-native in your own work: you use AI tools daily as part of how you do the job
- Ability to move between multi-year strategy and the detail of data, PRDs, or prototypes
- Clear communication with executives, engineers, and customers, including delivering unwelcome news early
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in healthcare, digital health, or another regulated domain (HIPAA, clinical workflows, payer, pharmacy)
- Experience with B2B2C, platform, API, or white-label products
- Experience in client-facing or forward-deployed product roles
- Familiarity with EHR or practice-management integrations
- Technical background in engineering, data, or ML
