Kaseya is seeking an experienced Senior Staff Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of key product initiatives across its IT Complete portfolio. The company is the leading provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software serving Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and internal IT organizations worldwide. Backed by Insight Partners, Kaseya has experienced sustained double-digit growth, supports customers in over 20 countries, and manages more than 15 million endpoints. In this senior individual contributor role, you will partner closely with Engineering, Architecture, Design, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership to define market-leading products addressing the evolving needs of MSPs and IT professionals. You will define and drive multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with corporate objectives. Key responsibilities include identifying market opportunities through customer engagement, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights; owning complex product initiatives spanning multiple teams and technology platforms; translating customer and business requirements into clear product specifications and prioritization frameworks; and partnering with Engineering and Architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure, high-performing solutions. You will lead roadmap planning and investment decisions based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility. You will establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate product success and drive continuous improvement, influence executive decision-making through thoughtful product recommendations and business cases, and champion customer-centric product development practices. Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams on go-to-market planning, product positioning, and customer adoption is essential. You will mentor Product Managers across the organization and serve as a product thought leader internally and externally through customer engagements, conferences, and strategic partner discussions. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field; 10+ years of Product Management experience with ownership of product strategy, roadmap development, and product delivery; demonstrated success launching and scaling complex SaaS, cloud, enterprise software, or technology products; strong understanding of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles; proven ability to influence executive stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams without direct authority; and exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience using data and customer insights to drive product decisions is required. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred, as is experience in IT management, cybersecurity, MSP, automation, or enterprise technology solutions, and Product Management certifications.
