ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Outbound Product Manager to lead go-to-market strategy for Workflow Data Fabric and RaptorDB Professional, two strategically important products within the Data & Analytics portfolio. The business currently generates approximately $600M in revenue with a goal to reach $1.5B by 2029.
This is an externally focused role at the intersection of data architecture, platform performance, analytics, AI readiness, and customer value. You will translate complex enterprise data capabilities into compelling product narratives, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. You'll serve as a product evangelist, engaging customers, sellers, and executives through briefings, launches, and strategic deal support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own outbound product strategy, translating complex data platform capabilities into clear customer value and differentiated positioning
- Define core messaging, use cases, personas, competitive differentiation, and customer proof points for both technical and executive audiences
- Partner with inbound product managers, engineering, product marketing, sales, solution consulting, and customer-facing teams on launch strategy and adoption plans
- Serve as product evangelist in customer briefings, analyst sessions, webinars, conferences, and strategic deals
- Translate enterprise data, analytics, integration, and AI concepts into clear business outcomes and seller-ready messaging
- Turn field feedback, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into actionable roadmap recommendations
- Own high-impact outbound deliverables: sales playbooks, launch campaigns, demos, solution briefs, competitive guides, field training, and executive presentations
- Establish and track success metrics for outbound initiatives, including launch readiness, seller adoption, customer engagement, and pipeline influence
Requirements:
- 10+ years of enterprise software product management, outbound product management, technical product marketing, or go-to-market experience, including ownership of customer-facing launches, positioning, field enablement, and sales plays
- Enterprise software experience required; strong preference for candidates who have built, positioned, sold, or taken software products to market for external enterprise customers
- Product management or outbound product experience as a builder or seller of software (not solely as an internal IT practitioner or implementation owner)
- Strong working knowledge of enterprise data and analytics—including data platforms, databases, integrations, cloud infrastructure, analytics, or AI/ML data layers—with ability to translate capabilities into differentiated positioning
- Strong understanding of how data strategy, integration, data management, and platform capabilities support enterprise AI and workflow transformation
- Demonstrated experience engaging external enterprise customers, sellers, and executives through briefings, discovery conversations, launches, field events, or strategic deal support
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; ability to simplify complexity for technical practitioners, business decision-makers, sellers, executives, and customer stakeholders
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally across product, engineering, marketing, sales, solution consulting, customer success, and field teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple strategic initiatives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Helpful experience:
- Experience with federal customers or highly regulated enterprise markets
- US citizenship or green card status preferred to support federal market customer opportunities
