ServiceNow's Intelligent Services team is seeking a Senior Manager of Product Management to lead the development of advanced enterprise search and conversational AI capabilities. This role sits within ServiceNow's AI Innovation organization and is responsible for building the foundational search and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) capabilities that power Now Assist and agentic AI across the Now Platform. You will set the vision and strategy for enterprise search, defining how search, RAG, and question-answering capabilities scale to support ServiceNow's growth to $30B+ in revenue. You'll own outcomes by shaping the product narrative, securing executive alignment, and ensuring every initiative delivers measurable business and customer impact. Key responsibilities include: leading engineering, ML research, UX research, and design partners with clear, actionable requirements; leveraging customer pilots and user research to create intuitive, contextual experiences; partnering across product teams to embed search and GenAI capabilities throughout the ecosystem; defining metrics that capture real-world performance and business value; and managing and mentoring a team of 4+ Product Managers. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of product leadership experience, including team management and cross-functional collaboration. You need 8+ years in software product management with hands-on experience building search or RAG products. Strong AI/ML fluency is essential—understanding modern search technologies (Elasticsearch, Coveo, Glean, Moveworks) and emerging capabilities like context awareness and relevance ranking. You should demonstrate execution excellence, customer obsession, data-driven decision-making, and comfort navigating ambiguity while communicating trade-offs clearly.
