Checkout.com, a leading fintech payments platform powering over 10 billion transactions annually, is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join its Talent Acquisition team in London. The role focuses on attracting and securing top-tier talent globally for the company's continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative hiring strategies for global team expansion
- Manage complex, high-volume recruiting pipelines across diverse functions with speed and quality
- Employ advanced sourcing techniques and novel methods to identify and engage exceptional candidates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal hiring managers to ensure seamless processes and excellent candidate experience
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance Talent Acquisition efficiency
- Use data and analytics to understand hiring challenges and inform decision-making
- Participate in cross-functional projects that benefit the broader Talent Acquisition function
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to automate workflows and improve recruitment effectiveness
Required Experience & Skills:
- Proven track record managing complex, high-volume hiring across multiple functions in fast-paced environments
- Experience thriving in startup or scale-up settings with ability to innovate in rapidly evolving landscapes
- Strong business partnership skills with ability to advise hiring managers as a trusted recruiting expert
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders
- Strong prioritization, multitasking, and relationship management capabilities
- Analytical mindset with ability to identify trends and communicate performance insights
- Comfort with AI and emerging recruitment technologies
- Commitment to continuous learning and career growth in talent acquisition
