As a Senior Solutions Architect based in Chicago (hybrid), you will work directly with the largest and most strategic enterprise prospects to identify, validate, and architect innovative agentic AI solutions that unlock significant business value. You'll be at the forefront of helping the world's leading companies adopt and scale AI, translating complex business challenges into clear technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conduct strategic technical discovery with Fortune 500 prospects and customers, translating business challenges into impactful technical solutions for AI-powered work
- Architect and design robust, scalable, and secure generative AI solutions leveraging Writer's platform, APIs, and custom applications
- Lead development and execution of compelling proofs of concept (PoCs) and demonstrations, building custom templates to showcase transformative value
- Serve as trusted technical advisor to C-suite executives, VPs of Engineering, and AI leaders, guiding their generative AI strategy and enterprise-level architecture roadmaps
- Partner with product and engineering teams, providing critical customer feedback to influence the product roadmap
- Champion adoption of Writer's platform and APIs, educating prospects and partners on generative AI possibilities
You will report directly to the Director of Solutions Architecture.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as solutions architect, enterprise architect, or sales engineering, ideally within high-growth B2B SaaS companies serving Fortune 500 clients
- Deep expertise in generative AI principles, large language models (LLMs), and prompt engineering best practices
- Experience in Python, proficiency with APIs, and end-to-end orchestration to augment AI workflows and integrate AI capabilities into complex enterprise systems
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills; ability to simplify complex technical concepts into clear, compelling business language for diverse audiences from technical teams to executive leadership
- Proven ability to lead multi-stakeholder discovery sessions, uncover root causes, and architect innovative solutions to complex business and technical challenges
- Builder's mindset with demonstrated ability to connect deeply with customer needs, challenge the status quo with innovative AI solutions, and own technical success and impact of client engagements
