Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. The Senior Solution Consultant, Core serves as a primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle and product implementation process for Socure's core identity verification products.
In this role, you will be a subject matter expert on Socure's core product suite, responsible for understanding client needs and matching them to solutions. You'll work collaboratively across the organization to support sales of Socure's solutions and coordinate resources across functional areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with Sales on business development activities, including product presentations to prospective clients and contributing to statements of work (SOWs) and pricing
- Partnering with Data Science on Proof-of-Concept (POC) design and execution
- Utilizing industry and domain expertise to tailor strategies and recommendations for prospective clients
- Partnering with Product Development to surface client feedback and funnel product innovation concepts to product managers
- Contributing to thought leadership with Product Marketing for blogs, whitepapers, research briefs, and webinars
- Serving as a translator between technical and non-technical audiences, both internally and externally
- Supporting meetings with project stakeholders to align resources and determine project priorities
- Serving as a day-to-day technical resource on external and internal projects related to sales engagements, supporting both direct field sales and channel sales teams
- Mentoring junior members of the Solution Consulting team as needed
This is a remote role with up to 30% travel as required. You'll work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment focused on disrupting the identity verification industry.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, math, economics, statistics, computer science, or other relevant field (preferred)
- 8+ years of professional work experience in professional services consulting, customer management, or sales engineering
- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise-level engagements dealing with analytics, technology, and/or enterprise software
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders to drive business results
- Prior experience or knowledge of SaaS sales processes
- Ability to synthesize complex statistical observations into clear results and concrete recommendations (verbally and in writing)
- Skilled at building and delivering presentations with clear, complete messages
- Strong technical aptitude (e.g., ML/DS technologies, SDLCs, RESTful APIs, RDBMS)
- Comfort with up to 30% travel
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in financial services or wireless industries
- Prior experience conducting credit/fraud risk management analysis, threshold optimization, and swap sets
- Prior experience with document image capture, OCR, or CV tools
- Prior domain knowledge of FCRA, ECOA, GLBA, PATRIOT Act, BSA, and other banking regulations
