Own the architecture and AI capability for enterprise-scale SaaS platforms in this hands-on solution architecture role. You will lead the design, modernization, and evolution of PrismHR, an HR, payroll, and benefits platform used by employer-services organizations across the United States, backed by Vensure Employer Solutions.
Your responsibilities include:
- Own end-to-end architecture for cloud-native .NET applications
- Lead architecture reviews and modernization initiatives across multiple teams
- Drive microservices, API-first, and event-driven design patterns
- Guide deployment strategy, observability, performance tuning, and production readiness
- Mentor engineering teams across locations
- Collaborate directly with product, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders
- Design and integrate AI/GenAI capability into .NET applications with focus on responsible AI, security, and compliance
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Provide technical leadership to multiple teams, building credibility with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
The AI work here is not theoretical—it involves document intelligence, automation, and insight inside a platform handling sensitive employee data, making responsible AI, security, and compliance integral to the architecture.
Work schedule: 3:00 PM – 12:00 AM EAT, Monday to Friday. Mornings are your own.
Requirements:
- 12–15 years overall experience, including 3–5+ years as a Solution or Technical Architect
- Strong expertise in C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, Web API, MVC
- Microservices, REST APIs, distributed asynchronous design patterns
- SQL Server, including performance tuning
- Azure, Azure DevOps, CI/CD
- React and JavaScript at working knowledge level
- Hands-on experience designing and integrating AI or GenAI capability into .NET applications, including responsible AI, security, and compliance
- Experience with enterprise SaaS platforms
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
