Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. You will own the Forge Portal, a net-new platform enabling external stakeholders (suppliers, partners, subcontractors, auditors) to conduct business with Anduril and execute workflows at speed. This product sits within ArsenalOS Quality and will connect supplier quality workflows into a seamless operating environment, replacing fragmented tools and manual processes with purpose-built systems.
This is a zero-to-one role. You will build this product from vision through MVP to scaled adoption. You must zoom in to improve how a single quality engineer dispositions a finding, and zoom out to design systems, data models, and integrations connecting quality execution to manufacturing, supply chain, and sustainment. Every defect caught earlier, every supplier interaction accelerated, and every quality workflow automated helps Anduril build and field critical technology faster.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and own product strategy and roadmap for the Forge Portal with clear vision on what, why, and why now
- Build Forge Portal from the ground up: define vision, scope MVP, ship, and iterate based on user feedback and business outcomes
- Partner with quality engineering, supplier quality, reliability, manufacturing, and supply chain to define software connecting workflows into one coherent operating environment
- Define integration strategy between quality systems and adjacent platforms (MES, ERP, PLM, sustainment), ensuring right data flows to right people at right time
- Work with security engineering on authentication, authorization, and access control for external stakeholders
- Leverage AI and modern tooling to accelerate product development, from prototyping to intelligent workflows that surface insights and reduce manual decision-making
- Establish metrics and feedback loops tying product work to measurable business outcomes (escape rates, supplier response times, cost of quality, inspection throughput)
- Own prioritization, scope, tradeoff decisions, release planning, and execution quality across cross-functional engineering team
- Drive adoption so business teams and external partners use what you build
- Work in the open: document decisions, communicate roadmap and tradeoffs clearly, create durable artifacts aligning stakeholders
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years of experience in product management building enterprise or B2B platforms with high complexity, multiple stakeholders, and cross-organizational dependencies
- Strong domain knowledge in complex operational environments where many different personas with distinct roles and requirements must be orchestrated
- Experience building net-new products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption
- Experience building or managing B2B platforms where multiple organizations interact through shared workflows and data exchange
- Experience defining and shipping software that integrates with adjacent enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, sustainment, procurement, or internal data platforms
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI/ML and modern tooling to accelerate product development from rapid prototyping to intelligent product features
- Owned a product end-to-end and can point to the business outcome it drove, not just that it shipped
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to communicate clearly to operators, engineers, business leaders, and executive stakeholders
- U.S. Person status required, as position may need access to export-controlled data
- Ability to work in-office full time and willingness to travel to operational sites as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience in manufacturing, quality, aerospace, robotics, defense, or other high-complexity physical product environments
- Experience with multi-tenant platforms, portal architectures, or systems serving both internal and external users with differing access and workflow requirements
- Comfortable producing mockups, wireframes, or interactive prototypes rapidly through design tools, AI-assisted generation, or code
