Salary: USD 140,000 - 170,000 / annual

As a Senior Software Engineer focused on Provider Directory & Scheduling, you will drive technical execution on mission-critical systems. You'll design, develop, and maintain high-performance web applications that serve both internal teams and external partners. Your responsibilities include contributing to architectural decisions, leading development efforts, identifying and addressing functional gaps and performance issues, and mentoring junior engineers.
You'll work cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders in an agile environment. Key focus areas include enhancing Fabric's Provider Directory and Scheduling services, maintaining competitive edge in digital healthcare, and serving as a deep technical resource for complex systems.
Required qualifications: 5+ years full-stack web application development experience in cross-functional agile teams; 2+ years deploying containerized/serverless applications on AWS, GCP, or Azure; technical expertise with NodeJS and MongoDB or other NoSQL databases; experience building complex reservation/resource sharing systems with real-time race conditions and locking mechanisms; demonstrated ability designing well-tested, secure, documented software; experience mentoring engineers; occasional travel for in-person collaboration.
Preferred: EHR integration experience (Epic, Cerner); healthcare industry knowledge; familiarity with proprietary healthcare systems.
