ServiceTitan is seeking a Senior UI Engineer to join its mature and growing design systems team. You will be a core contributor to Anvil, ServiceTitan's design system, working at the intersection of design and engineering to build scalable, accessible UI infrastructure for a large SaaS platform.
In this role, you'll partner with Design, Engineering, and Product Management teams to extend and evolve shared processes and tooling. You'll contribute production-level code to the design system, build tools and automation for product teams, and champion accessibility and design system adoption across the company. A key focus is leveraging and building AI tools (Claude, Cursor, Gemini, GitHub Copilot) to improve the quality and speed of UI design and development.
You'll own responsibilities including component development and feedback, test infrastructure, CI/CD pipeline improvements, documentation, and engineering standards. You'll explore and propose component and API structures, maintain repository integrity, and drive adoption metrics. This is a role for someone passionate about systems thinking, scalability, and collaboration.
You bring production experience building web UIs with React and modern build tools, hands-on experience with AI codegen tools, and a solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals. You have experience building complex libraries used by multiple teams, working with CI/CD pipelines, and strong communication skills. You're comfortable with trade-offs, can anticipate partner needs, and take ownership of your work.
