Amenitiz is an all-in-one hotel management platform (PMS, channel manager, booking engine, website builder) serving independent hoteliers. Organic search is a core acquisition channel, and this role owns end-to-end SEO strategy across five locales: English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Portuguese, with France as the primary growth market.
You will partner with the Content team to ensure all content is optimized for SEO, Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), and AI search visibility across all five markets. You'll own competitor comparison pages and manage a 100+ term hospitality glossary program, systematically improving each page's copywriting quality, SEO performance, structured data, and AI search visibility.
Technical SEO responsibilities include managing hreflang and canonical strategies, implementing JSON-LD structured data (FAQPage, HowTo, BreadcrumbList), monitoring Core Web Vitals, and maintaining crawl health across the Webflow site. You'll develop and execute an Answer Engine Optimization strategy focused on FAQ architecture, featured snippet capture, and People Also Ask coverage.
A key focus is driving visibility in AI-powered search systems—optimizing content to be cited and recommended by Google AI Overviews, Perplexity, ChatGPT, and Gemini when hoteliers search for hotel management software. You'll monitor performance using Google Search Console, GA4, and Semrush, translating data into clear priorities and revenue-focused actions.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of SEO or digital marketing experience with strong on-page and content SEO knowledge. You have solid technical SEO foundations: writing and validating JSON-LD, managing hreflang at scale, and diagnosing crawl and indexation issues independently. You're comfortable working in Webflow or comparable CMS platforms without developer support. You connect SEO activity to pipeline and revenue, not just vanity metrics. Fluent English and strong written communication are essential.
