Salary: USD 125,000 - 140,000 / annual
Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive health care through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI and software. The company operates an integrated stack of optimized hardware, software, and AI across domestic and global clinics.
You will join the clinical engineering team as a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst, owning the mapping and optimization of cross-functional workflows across the Prenuvo ecosystem. This role bridges business strategy and technical enablement, focusing deeply on the "Why" and "Business Flow" while aligning stakeholders on development of critical operational workflows.
Key responsibilities include:
**Analysis:** Lead end-to-end process discovery, mapping, documentation, and optimization. Develop enterprise process maps and work instructions. Identify process gaps, bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities. Establish process governance and standards.
**Development:** Work closely with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and Product & Engineering teams. Engineer and deliver Prenuvo functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud stacks, managing the complete delivery lifecycle from feature ideation through development to production deployment and adoption. Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud, providing guidance and best practices.
**Stakeholder Collaboration:** Facilitate process workshops with business stakeholders. Partner with Product, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and other groups. Translate operational needs into scalable business solutions.
**Process Improvement & Automation:** Collaborate with engineering leaders on process improvement. Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives. Develop KPIs and SLAs to measure process performance. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
You will not only create mock-ups and prototypes but also develop solutions, leveraging Salesforce's powerful no-code features. Operating at the intersection of business strategy and technical enablement, you will partner closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and other business leaders to evaluate, design, and automate processes that improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
**Requirements:**
- 4-5 years of experience in a role providing analysis and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate collaboration across multiple teams and represent the interests of multiple stakeholders
- Experience delivering complex Salesforce software systems and solutions including Flow design, data modeling, security architecture, and other no-code platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of healthcare data and API standards including HL7, FHIR, and similar standards
- Understanding of security and access controls, especially as it relates to health data
- Experience integrating Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems
- Experience migrating existing business processes to Salesforce
- Ability to prioritize and understand requirements to better address the underlying need and not the immediate request
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines such as Github Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins
