Abnormal AI is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator to own the company's Salesforce CPQ platform and manage the requirements intake process for incoming Salesforce requests. This role blends deep technical ownership of CPQ with process ownership, positioning you as the front door for new requests. You will own end-to-end Salesforce CPQ configuration, including product rules, price rules, bundles, and approval flows. You'll manage quote-to-cash workflows, including contract generation and e-signature integrations, and serve as the primary point of contact for CPQ end users, providing troubleshooting, enablement, and documentation. On the intake side, you'll gather requirements, scope complexity, and route work to the right owner. You'll handle resolution of low-complexity Salesforce configuration requests directly, keeping quick wins from adding to the broader backlog. A key differentiator: you'll actively use and extend AI-assisted tooling to speed up requirements gathering, documentation, and solution scoping—treating AI as a core lever to move requests faster, not a novelty. You'll partner cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and other Salesforce administrators to keep requests moving smoothly from ask to resolution. Required: 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with CPQ configuration in production, Salesforce Administrator certification, hands-on CPQ configuration experience (product rules, price rules, bundles, approval flows), experience with quote-to-cash workflows and contract/e-signature tools (DocuSign, SpotDraft), strong requirements-gathering and scoping skills, and comfort owning a process end-to-end. Nice to have: Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification, broader Salesforce declarative configuration experience (Flow, validation rules, permission sets), experience supporting Sales, Marketing Operations, or RevOps stakeholders, familiarity with AI-assisted requirements-gathering or documentation tools, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
