Salary: USD 121,000 - 148,000 / annual
Perception Point is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to own and optimize their Salesforce platform, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and alignment with business objectives.
You will manage and maintain Salesforce configurations, security settings, workflows, and automation with key emphasis on Lead, Contact, Campaign, and Campaign Member objects. You'll analyze business needs and design scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and organizational goals.
Key responsibilities include:
• Salesforce Administration & Optimization: Manage configurations, security, workflows, and automation to optimize system performance.
• Solution Design: Analyze business needs and design scalable Salesforce solutions ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Salesforce ARM (Revenue Cloud) Expertise: Configure, maintain, and enhance ARM to streamline pricing, quoting, approvals, and sales processes.
• Data 360 (Data Cloud) Management: Manage key configurations and access permissions.
• Agentforce Management: Manage creation permissions and execute migrations of Agentforce Agent configurations.
• Customization & Development: Leverage declarative tools (Flow, Lightning App Builder) and collaborate with developers on custom Apex and Visualforce solutions.
• Integration Management: Evaluate and oversee third-party and internal system integrations ensuring seamless data flow with security and governor limits compliance.
• User Support & Training: Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to enhance adoption.
• Data Governance & Reporting: Ensure data integrity, monitor governor limits, create reports/dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
• Platform Change Management: Track planned platform changes, coordinate actions, and maintain security posture.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, sales, marketing, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
• 10+ years of Salesforce administration experience in complex environments
• Salesforce ARM/RCA experience highly desirable; CPQ experience good to have
• Strong ability to design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions
• Business-level communication skills with stakeholders across the organization; strong English business communication (oral and written)
• Degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
• Experience with flows, permissions, sharing rules, custom objects, and validation rules
• Experience writing/creating Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components (plus)
• Strong understanding of SFDC Governor Limits and monitoring capabilities (plus)
• Understanding of security controls, policies, and functionality such as Shield or similar third-party SFDC connectors (plus)
• Salesforce Administrator and ARM/RCA certifications highly desirable
• Data Management: Proficiency in Excel Connector, Data Loader, Demand Tools, Excel, and VBA Macros
• Experience with Data 360 Cloud (big plus)
• Experience configuring and setting up Agentforce (big plus)
• Understanding of Channel model business (plus)
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
