Samsara (NYSE: IOT) is seeking a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support its fast-growing partner sales organization. The role partners directly with partner leadership and the partner programs team to manage day-to-day partner operations, implement and scale partner processes, and contribute to the strategic design of new partner programs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary Sales Ops point of contact for all partner sales needs, supporting day-to-day operations
- Implement and manage all partner sales processes to ensure they are scalable, repeatable, and aligned with global sales policies and systems
- Contribute to strategic design of new partner programs, including operational playbooks, cross-functional alignment, and change management execution
- Own project objectives and milestones with minimal guidance, driving smaller-scope projects or complex cross-functional workstreams end-to-end
- Act as subject matter expert on all sales processes involving channel partners, advising on solution design and system enhancements
- Devise and implement solutions to complex project-level issues, including improvements and UAT for tools such as Salesforce
- Proactively identify and prioritize process and system improvements that enhance productivity for partner-facing sales teams
- Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally
The ideal candidate has experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, preferably public, with demonstrated success designing and scaling processes in an indirect or partner sales environment. You should have an innate curiosity about how businesses work, the ability to build genuine relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
