Horizon3.ai is a fast-growing cybersecurity company on a mission to help organizations proactively identify and fix exploitable attack vectors before criminals exploit them. The flagship NodeZero platform delivers production-safe autonomous pentests and security assessments that scale across internal, external, cloud, and hybrid environments, serving organizations from educational institutions to Global 100 enterprises. As Senior Sales Enablement Manager for EMEA, you will be a foundational leader within the global enablement organization, responsible for building and scaling a high-impact, regionally aligned enablement engine across Europe, Middle East, and Africa. You will report to the Head of Global Enablement and partner closely with enablement leadership to translate global programs into cohesive regional execution. Key responsibilities include: building and owning the EMEA enablement strategy across internal teams, partners, and alliances; delivering coordinated enablement for sales and technical audiences including Account Executives, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and partner-facing teams; supporting new product and feature readiness so teams can confidently communicate positioning and business outcomes; partnering with regional leaders to improve consistency in outcome-oriented sales motions; developing partner learning paths, accreditations, and supporting assets tailored to partner maturity and role; translating global priorities into region-specific programs reflecting EMEA market needs and GTM motions; and maintaining a rolling regional enablement roadmap with clear priorities and measurable outcomes. You will work closely with EMEA leadership, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Alliances, Product, Product Marketing, Revenue Operations, and other key stakeholders. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to translate complex product and technical concepts into clear, usable messaging and learning experiences. The position is hybrid with 3 days per week in the Amsterdam office. Moderate travel may be required for regional onboarding sessions, partner meetings, internal events, and company gatherings.
