Salary: USD 144,000 - 170,000 / annual
Ripple is seeking a Senior Trading and Markets Analyst to join their Miami-based team. In this role, you will be central to executing Ripple's crypto and digital asset trading operations, working with financial institutions, businesses, and developers to facilitate global value transfer.
Key responsibilities include:
- Pricing, quoting, and executing trades across digital asset and crypto/fiat currency pairs
- Supporting sales campaigns by managing client calls and converting relationships into active trading flow
- Monitoring algorithmic execution and market-making activity, identifying and addressing operational anomalies
- Managing RFQs (Request for Quotes) and growing client relationships
You will bring proven experience handling RFQs and client relationship management, familiarity with algorithmic trading and market-making strategies, and strong communication and analytical skills with a focus on operational rigor and collaboration.
