Higgsfield AI, a rapidly scaling generative AI company, is seeking a Senior Revenue Accounting Manager to own revenue recognition and the complete order-to-cash lifecycle. This is a hands-on, builder role in a high-volume, consumption-based business with a credit-driven revenue model supporting self-serve, enterprise, platform, and partnership channels. You will own all accounting judgments, systems, processes, and controls supporting revenue across multiple business motions. Key responsibilities include: Revenue Recognition: Lead the monthly revenue close across consumption and credit-based models, including credit grants, consumption, breakage, unused balances, refunds, and chargebacks. Maintain and evolve revenue recognition policies under ASC 606, handling complex judgments around performance obligations, promotional credits, variable consideration, and material rights. Review non-standard commercial arrangements and evaluate principal-versus-agent conclusions and other technical accounting matters. Order-to-Cash Operations: Own the complete order-to-cash lifecycle from order capture through cash application, collections, disputes, and revenue reporting. Manage billing across self-serve and enterprise models, including usage-based billing and post-paid overages. Own accounts receivable operations, including aging, collections cadence, reserve methodology, and write-off processes. Design and continuously improve workflows, controls, and segregation of duties. Revenue Systems & Automation: Own the revenue automation environment, including HubiFi and audit trails from financial reporting to underlying transactions. Manage Stripe processes including payouts, fees, settlement timing, and reconciliation of gross transaction activity to cash. Partner with Engineering and Data to ensure completeness and reliability of usage and credit-consumption data. Drive automation and reduce manual spreadsheet reliance. Close & Controls: Own revenue and AR balance sheet reconciliations, including bookings-to-cash analysis and proof-of-cash processes. Own the revenue portion of the close calendar and identify opportunities to shorten timelines. Build revenue reporting and analytics for Finance leadership. Establish scalable controls and documentation. Audit Support: Serve as the primary Finance contact for external auditors on revenue and order-to-cash processes. Prepare audit support materials, walkthroughs, and process narratives. Required qualifications: 6+ years of accounting experience with meaningful depth in revenue accounting. Strong practical knowledge of ASC 606, including complex judgment areas. Hands-on experience owning revenue accounting in high-volume environments with usage-based, consumption-based, credit-based, or scaled subscription revenue. Demonstrated experience with order-to-cash processes, billing, and accounts receivable. Direct experience with payment platforms and Stripe reconciliation. Experience configuring revenue automation systems such as HubiFi, Zuora, NetSuite ARM, RevPro, or Maxio. Strong analytical skills, advanced Excel, and comfort with transaction-level data investigation. SQL experience is a plus. Ability to operate effectively in high-growth environments where processes are still being built. Strong cross-functional communication skills. Nice-to-have qualifications include CPA, Big 4 or national accounting firm experience, IPO or audit-readiness process support, NetSuite experience, multi-entity or multi-currency revenue exposure, and startup process-building experience.
