Salary: GBP 64,900 - 87,900 / annual

Clio is seeking a Senior Resource Manager to oversee resource demand, allocation, and utilization across its Professional Services organization spanning EMEA, NAMER, and APAC regions. This strategic role manages both internal and partner services teams, ensuring optimal staffing for sales pipelines, customer success initiatives, and service desk operations. Key responsibilities include: Resource Planning & Allocation: Work with PS leadership, sales, and Customer Success teams to review weekly demand forecasts and identify staffing gaps. Assign personnel based on skills and availability, resolve scheduling conflicts, and continuously monitor utilization across internal, partner, and contractor staff globally. Forecast future staffing needs and proactively plan resource supply ahead of demand. Talent & Capability Management: Define regional role requirements in collaboration with capability leads across Solution Architecture, Solution Consultants, Technical, Customer Success, and Project Management functions. Partner with external organizations for tactical resource augmentation. Coordinate with training teams to ensure new hires receive appropriate onboarding and learning pathways. Maintain role competency frameworks, conduct skill gap analyses, and establish upskilling plans. Track training progression and ensure resources reach expected competency levels. Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track billable and non-billable hours to maximize profitability. Provide senior management with data on resource utilization, project status, and cost-per-customer metrics. Required qualifications include 5+ years in project management, resource planning, or consulting within large, complex Professional Services environments. Strong strategic thinking, analytical capabilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency with resource management and project management software are essential.
